QWise

Smart queue management

Shorter lines.
Smarter desks.

QWise counts who is waiting, predicts how long each queue will take and tells staff where to move desks before a line builds up. It works at events, on campuses and in service centres.

The problem

Waiting is the worst part of a simple visit.

Long waits make even simple visits frustrating, whether at events, universities or service centres. Most of that wait isn't caused by a lack of staff. It happens because one line is overflowing while the desk next to it sits idle, and visitors can't tell how long they'll be standing there. QWise makes the queue visible to everyone involved and turns that visibility into decisions staff can act on.

How QWise works

Three essentials, kept deliberately simple.

01

Track

Every visitor gets a ticket from the kiosk or their phone, so QWise always knows how many people are waiting in each queue and for how long.

02

Estimate

Waits are predicted from each person's position, how many desks are open and the service time learned from today's real visits. The estimate improves as the day goes on.

03

Redistribute

When one line overflows while another sits idle, QWise suggests the desk move that helps most and shows the minutes it saves before anyone commits to it.

Try it out

Four screens, one live queue.

All four screens share the same live data. Open the kiosk on your phone and the dashboard on a laptop, and watch a ticket move from one to the other.
